Filter Family |
All plastic construction.
Media and frames are polypropylene. Plastic hot melt
adhesive used for bonding pleat packs to frame. Available
in efficiency grades from ASHRAE MERV 8 to MERV 14
(30-95%). A truly innovative and unique minipleat design
concept. Engineered for exceptional performance and
durability in a flat panel configuration.

Fiber
Technology. Our proprietary fiber technology utilized in
this filtration media ist he latest in 'Media
Configuration.' The media is non-shedding, gradient
density and 100% polypropylene. Visit the Media & Fiber

Technology
Pack Design.
The proprietary pleat pack design is fabricated from 100%
polypropylene media. Continuous 100% polypropylene spacer
beads are thermally bonded to both sides of the media.
Spacer beads are 3/8 of an inch apart for media support
and are color coded to identify efficiency grade.
Frame
Design. Frame material for this Mini-pleat Panel
filter is rigid impact resistant and moisture proof
polypropylene foam. The rigid foam board is formed into a
U-channel and wrapped around the perimeter of the media
pack. It should be noted that the entire Mini-pleat Panel
is polypropylene and is not affected by moisture and by
nature does not support the growth of microbial organisms
such as bacteria, mold, fungi, etc.
